Not all people develop Aids symptom at the early stage

Most people when first infected with HIV virus will not show or develop any symptom but some people when develop Hiv/Aids virus and within a month or two will shows some symptoms such as flu like symptoms and slowly the illness may include headache, fever, enlarge lymph that mostly felt in the neck and groin and fatique. These symptoms usually disappear within a week to a month and are often mistaken for those of another viral infection. During this period, people are very infectious, and HIV is present in large quantities in genital fluids.

Others early symptoms of Aids which often experience by people from amonth to a years before the onset of AIDS include are weight loss, persistent of yeast infection in the mouth or vaginal ares skin rashes or flaky skin, frequent fevers and sweats, short terms memory loss and Some people develop frequent and severe herpes infections that cause mouth, genital, or anal sores, or a painful nerve disease called shingles. Children may grow slowly or be sick a lot.

Controlling Aids in Shanghai

In Shanghai the city has more than twenty thousand hair saloon, spas, massage and bath parlours and karakoke lounge bars. Peoples and workers at these places have been found to be offering sex services. Prostitutes and drug addicts are the people most likely to be infected with the disease in the city.

To address the problem, the government is to set up three more drug rehabilitation centres this yearin additions to the presents rehabilitation centres, continue to promote of drug addits, as well as reduce others risks cause by drug abuse.

Between 1985, when AIDS was first detected in China, and last year, Beijing, the country's capital, recorded an estimated 12,000 HIV/aids cases, the victims contracting the disease mainly through drug injection, sexual intercourse,blood tranmissions and from mother to infant.

In January last year, the chinese government, world Health Organisation and United nations joinly extimated that 650,000 of the 1.3 billion population have HIV or are infected with AIDS, China wants to keep the number of HIV infections to less than 1.5 million by 2010.
